Computer- Covers hardware repair or replacement for 3 years
- Laptops: Covers complete device and an external keyboard and mouse if applicable
- Desktops: Covers computer, monitor, keyboard, and mouse
- Printers: Covers printer if the printer add-on was purchased
- Three month grace period from time of purchase on used items. New items are covered immediately after payment and a copy of the device purchase receipt is received
- Covers hardware repair or replacement for 3 years
- Covers complete device and up to two standard remote controls
